Ethan's big day at the zoo

My son loves the zoo, we go quite often. Here are some pics that I finally got around to blogging from a couple of weeks ago. Not only did we get to see all of the animals, but when we left there was a big pile of leaves to jump in. Who could pass that up? Certainly not a rambunctious 3 year old and his camera carrying daddy.

Yes, Ethan even brought his own camera to take some pics… let the brainwashing begin (insert maniacal laugh here)

My first time in Haslet

Today we caught up with a friend from the Police Academy for some portraits of his family. We left our house about 40 minutes before the shoot because Haslet sounded "far away." Turns out I probably had enough time to scarf down another turkey sandwhich because 10 minutes later we were already in his subdivision... Oh well, that just gave us more time to shoot! Here are some of my favs from the shoot:

Fun times in Fort Worth

Here are some awesome engagements of Tiffany and Kenny taken in the Stockyards. This has become one of our most requested back drops for photographs... and no wonder, look how cool they turn out. Tiffany is one of Alex's best friend's little sister so she has known her since she was a little kid. Now she is all grown up and is currently in the military defending our country and making all of us proud! Her and Kenny make a very cute couple and we can't wait until their wedding in February! Here are some of the faves from the shoot:

Kevin and Rachel's Engagements

This afternoon Alex and I got to photograph a fun-loving, easy-going couple in Southlake. Kevin and Rachel will be getting married in March, but as we were discussing tonight, that's just right around the corner. They were a cute couple that were a delight to work with. You could tell they were happily in love and it was so easy to capture it. Poor Kevin works nights and even though he only got a few hours of sleep this morning, he still had to go in tonight after our shoot. Here are a few of my faves from their session:

John and Leigh

John and Leigh are good friends of ours who were ready to take some pictures to mark their one year anniversary. I can't believe it has already been a year since their wedding! I've known John for over a decade and he and Leigh are truly meant to be together. John keeps me laughing every time we photograph them... so even though you can't see my face in these pics I promise I've got a big smile too! Here are some of our faves from the shoot:

Adventurous Bride + Motorcycle + Alley = Awesome Pics...

Well now that Mike and Tiffany are happily married I can share some her awesome bridal pics with our bloggers. Tiffany was hoping to get away from the beautiful park type setting and we were more than happy to oblige! Mike wanted a few pics of his bride on his bike and from there we wondered over to a couple of cool alleys. It started to rain towards the end of our shoot, but by then we already had a ton of great shots. Hope you enjoy!
